Rules governing the use of js17.dev and the professional services offered by Jeroham Sanchez.

By accessing js17.dev or submitting a project proposal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit any form.
2. Services
js17.dev is the professional portfolio and client intake platform of Jeroham Sanchez, a Senior AI-Augmented Fullstack Systems Engineer. Services offered include software development, technical consulting, system architecture, and AI integration.
Submitting a proposal does not constitute a binding agreement. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a signed Statement of Work or Service Agreement between the parties.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any form
- Attempt to access systems or data beyond what is publicly available
- Use the site for spam, phishing, or any unlawful purpose
- Circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures
4. Intellectual Property
All content on js17.dev — including code, writing, design, and visual assets — is owned by Jeroham Sanchez unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.
Work delivered under a client engagement becomes the client's property only upon full payment and as specified in the signed agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
js17.dev and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services provided, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Colombia.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version number and effective date above identify the specific version you accepted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
